Girls Weekend Camp Out & Wilderness Survival

Girls Weekend Camp Out & Wilderness Survival

Join us for a fun weekend camping out with just the girls. If food, fun, relaxing, and laughter sounds like a good time, then join us. We will camp at the F.D. Roosevelt Campground.  Car camping, bathrooms, and showers don't make for roughing it, but we will have a blast. Tents, sleeping pads, and sleeping bags will be waiting for you, all you have to bring is personal items and a pillow. Everything will be set up and waiting for you. Meals are included and will be cooked for you while you relax.

When you arrive, we will have a quick meet and greet, then dinner will be served. After dinner, we will join in on the Holiday Bingo and Campfire fun. Win some prizes and enjoy marshmallows around the campfire. After a group hike Saturday, we will be learning about wilderness survival. You will learn what the 7 priorities of survival are and you will have hands-on practice to master the skills needed to survive. These are skills everyone should know before heading out in the wilderness or in a natural or man-made disaster. A short day hike can easily turn into a survival situation. So before you head on the trail, come learn how to survive should things go wrong. Have the confidence that you can handle any situation that may arise.

It's your weekend so you can join us on hikes or relax in the hammock reading, Whatever you choose to do, we guarantee you will have a great weekend. We only have six slots, so register soon! We will also have games and S'mores.
