Cowgirl Weekend Camp Out
Join us for a fun weekend camping out and horseback riding with just the girls. If food, fun, relaxing, and laughter sounds like a good time, then join us. We will camp at the F.D. Roosevelt Campground. We will have everything set up and waiting for you. All you have to bring is personal items and a pillow. Meals will be prepared while you relax around the campfire. Saturday we will put on our cowgirl hats and spend two hours trail riding. We will ride to the top of the mountain and enjoy the view from the Lake Franklin overlook.
The weekend will be filled with relaxing, hiking, horseback riding, great food, laughter, and of course S'mores around the fire.
What You Get:

What to Bring:
All materials and gear will be provided except for what is below. Please dress according to weather.
- Daypack (nice to have, but not necessary)
- Durable shoes
- Camp shoes (sandals, flip-flops, etc.)
- Personal items
- Parking Fee $5.00

Directions to Campground
Continue for 3 miles until you reach the Visitor Center. Across the street from the Visitor Center is the entrance to the Camp Ground.
We will meet in the Trading Post parking lot.
